Everyone has the need to want to ”fit in“ somewhere.  We all want to be able to say, ”I matter“. 

And yet:

Based on the responses of nearly 1,500 adults polled, a quarter of all Americans feel they have no one with whom to share important information. Another quarter of Americans said they have only one close friend.
